These terms cover your use of drshub.co.uk. They do not cover any DRS Hub product or service you buy from us — those are governed by the contract we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.

This site is information, not advice

Everything on this site describes the UK Deposit Return Scheme as we understand it from public sources, which we link to so you can check them. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice, and it is not a statement of the scheme administrator's rules. Scheme requirements are set by the relevant authorities and by Exchange for Change, and they may change. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

The calculator and the Readiness Check

The handling-fees calculator produces an estimate from the figures you enter and from published handling fees. The Readiness Check applies a keyword and size heuristic to the file you choose, in your browser, to give an indication of how many of your lines may carry the deposit.

Both are indicative screens, not a determination of scope. Products described loosely in your file may be missed, and products we flag may turn out to be outside the scheme. The authoritative list of registered products is published by Exchange for Change. Do not use either tool as your only basis for a commercial or compliance decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false details, or someone else's details, through our forms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

We may withdraw access to the site or its tools from anyone who does these things.

Our content

The text, design, diagrams and code on this site belong to us, except where we credit a source. You may read it, print it, and quote it with attribution. You may not pass it off as your own or reuse it commercially without asking.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of an expected saving arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
