Do we have to replace our POS?
No. DRS Hub works beside your till, or fully in the cloud if your POS is cloud-based.
What if our stores lose internet?
Everything critical works offline — charging, voucher checks, the lot. Stores sync when they reconnect.
What if the scheme is delayed?
Your rollout pauses with it. You lose nothing.
We’re exempt from taking returns. Do we still need anything?
You must still charge the 20p on every eligible drink. That’s the Deposit Data Feed and Till Compliance.
